Clearly he's selling it because it's autotragic and he's buying a manual version promptly afterwards to replace it.

There's plenty of room with the liftback, you just aren't trying hard enough. tongue.gif

Caldina will be a ST246 Nspec with sunroof.
And all well and good until you have to try and maneuver a Cooler Master Cosmos II Ultra case (It weighs 35KG before any parts are even in it) /ggback

Once I am more established and can settle down a bit, I will be getting another Celica (Hopefully a GT4).

I've had four 17" wheels and tyres in the car before, but that still doesnt help when its a customers PC that cant move around or get shocks... (I have to remove HDDs and pad them before driving because the car shocks them too much)
And fitting them in isn't the real issue, lifting heavy **** in is... I could easily fit them in the boot (without my sub or strut bar) but would still have to lift them over the tailgate...
I have possibly already found a buyer so might be my last week or so with the celica (depending if they like it after the test drive).

I'll still be around the forums as I like this community.

My amp weighs in at over 85 pounds and lifted it in and out all of the time, start working out. tongue.gif I had thought about getting a hearse myself to use, as that'd make life easier. And cooler. You should invest in some ATA flight cases though, even with the Caldina. Then you wouldn't have to worry about anything ever happening. Vintage synths don't take kindly to shock either, or cigarette smoke for that matter. It's why I stopped bringing them out and replaced with more modern/replaceable units, but that's another story for another day though.

Just be honest, you're staying because I'm lovable and entertaining. tongue.gif

lol hahahah

tbh if ST205 weren't so hard to get here I'd be all up in that, but they're not... And they cost more than a Caldina lol...
Possible buyer is test driving the car sometime this week, so may be my last week with her.

*cues dramatic music*

Since you're going all wagony anyway, why not a WRX? At least then there's a stick and a snail.

WRX is waaaay overplayed here (and more expensive), I do like them though and did do a bit of searching before deciding on the Caldina
I also had a look at the Subaru Liberty wagon and Outback, Nissan Stagea and the Mitsubishi Legnum. All of which have good and bad points, but for me at least, I like the Caldina more.

Hardly anyone has a Caldina (since it's an import) and if I de-badge no one will know what it is hehe

My eventual goal, would be to 5spd convert the caldina, there is one other in NSW (or possibly Australia) that is 5spd converted, So I'll be getting a lot of info from them.

Legacy 2.5T, though those are rare with the manual. Should get a 50's ambulance/hearse and then you can be the PC Doctor. tongue.gif

hahahahahah
We don't have many of those older cars left here frown.gif
It's even hard to find a good old holden or ford here kindasad.gif

There is also only one Subaru Legacy Manual for sale in Australia on carsales, and its half the price of the Caldina with x3 the mileage and older kindasad.gif

Too much mileage, and way to far away (plus I don't particularly like it lol)
