Started it for the first time in three years, and drove it around the block after blindly picking a motor out of a scrap yard with some mates. there is something really nice about these cars im not going to lie. its charming to think about all the dedication and designs that peiople have put into them over the years. the body, motors, and styling; all speak to what the drivers love, engineering.

Today I....... Changed all my factory bulbs with led bulbs cluster and dome lights via super bright leds (great product low price) and finally changed my rear rotors with the slotted ones I ordered forever ago. Oh and gave the beautiful celica a bathhhhh. Next is black wax and a full on detail that'll be Sunday! My sea sponge will be in by than. FYI sea sponge is by far the best product you can use to wash your car just wash it out a bunch before use! It will not scratch the paint what so ever! No swirl marks ever again!

Finally got my bracket from Wedge. Installed Recaro, so much better than the stock seat. Although the bracket needs some improvement in terms of mounting a seat to it. Anyone else have issues with Wedge brackets?

I got tired of having a Single Piston Caliper on my ST204...

So I decided to swap them to the SS-III Brake Calipers...

Definitely worth it. Later this month, I'll give the calipers a fresh coat of paint!

They've been like that for a good while, for like 2 years. laugh.gif Other than that, everything else is fine.

You're lucky they haven't blown out yet. I'd definitely put tires on the shopping list.

Went up and got an alignment since my 6 month warranty was almost up. And it was a bit off so my new tires are happy i had the time to have it checked out.
The tech who took it for a "test drive" put a good 15 miles on it before he came back. rolleyes.gif

I'd be livid and very much looking to have that service for free before giving the shop a negative review online, that's ridiculous. Did you ask them to check on anything in particular? I've never had a "test drive" for an alignment unless I asked.

That does seem a bit excessive... The only legitimate reason would be that the highway is a few miles from the shop, so in order to test at higher speeds he had to get onto the highway and then find a spot to turn around.
