It doesn't really help if you don't have the whole speedometer with it. The gauge plate is useless without the whole mechanism because will never be calibrated correctly.

Like i said,this one will read correct speed if your speedometer is in mph,or if is jdm and read in kmh,you have to convert it in mph(convector chip) - tested and works correct - i can prove it!
yes you may have the whole mechanism,but how much will cost you - over 500-600 USD.

I'm confuse...how does it read correctly without the mechanism behind....that is just the face print, if you're driving 60mph, it would differ there rather than the km/h do you have the converter chip that you speak of?

if you are driving 60mph will read 97 kmh ... like i said it is tested.you dont need trd mechanism ... i have pics to prove it,cant attach it,try many times but just cant .. but if anyone want it i can email the pics.
converter chip - many of them in ebay,for around 20GBP

"there is the pics.This is jdm speedometer with converter chip - now in mph.
There are 4 different signals to speedometer - 30kmh-correct,56kmh-correct,112kmh-correct and 241kmh-you may check manual,over 200kmh there is up to 9kmh error by manual.
The last pic is project for led lighting - looks nice!"
