This one was my favorite but... it is too wide . Even with some 4:3 pictures I had issue to put grid with numbers and names where "default" is. With that wide picture as you mention there is no space and one car would be cropped like this:



and in this case is looking better (IMO) version below:



Anyway only one chance to keep both car complete is having them side by side as is here:

If you have big enough pictures (3508x2480 pixels plus) please do it. Anyone is welcomed. We have really tight schedule and I am sure not all COTM winners will have high resolution pictures or will deliver those pictures on time (deadline is by the end of month). And only when I have any 12x 3508x2480 pixels plus pictures in my hand it is making calendar really possible. Now I have six (and just two from COTM winners). So more pictures submitted the better. Just to be sure and having "plan b" ready.

Cool. I'll submit mine tonight when I get off work. Gotta make sure some cali love gets some. Lol

Nice work Malpaso! I really love the style you are going for this year. Some very nice editing too, especially the photo-extension for 4-eyed-freak! Shame that a couple of the nice pics dropped out though, but there is still a great selection.

Awww man.....my work schedule has gotten me so busy. Hence why I rarely come online anymore or updated my progression thread. Oh well. I'll still share some pics tho. Just for the heck of it or maybe save for a possible 2017 calendar next year!

Thank you all for submitted pictures. We are done here . Anyone who is interested to buy calendar please post here http://www.6gc.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=96186. All is going according to plan so this month you will have calendars in your hands for sure .


note: during process I have noticed few things related to COTM completion and calendar. Here are some small hits to think about:

- when COTM picture is posted (in case we want it on calendar 2017) it must be available before voting starts in high resolution... correct?
- some people (COTM winners) replaced picture for calendar purpose (better shot or simply because original had resolution issues). Is this OK? is COTM about the picture (can not be changed) or the car in it (can be changed and no issue with that)???
- picture ownership... in some cases owner of the car and picture creator is not the same person. Is creator of picture familiar with the fact his work will be used on calendar in the future? Is that mean it is not possible to use picture from other people for COTM competition (or there must be some kind of disclaimer)???
