I tried to search for more information between the JDM and USDM headlights. Is there anything different between the two? I am more worried about fitment/ angle of lights. Any information would be great.

JDM ones have a light pattern directed for RHD use.

This is the cutoff for the projectors. It directs the bulk of the light upwards into oncoming traffic in LHD traffic, where it would illuminate the road and ditches in RHD roads. Aiming the lights lower won't help either, that just gives you less usable light to drive with. I've heard people say they had projectors and standard halogen bulbs and never got flashed, but HID's are too bright and need the cutoff mod done.

Only difference is usdm doesn't have accent lights. And the non usdm non projector ones does. Not sure on the scatter pattern tho.

Figures, I did some speed reading and missed that you weren't asking about projectors. tongue.gif The standard headlights flick the light up very similarly to the projectors, just without the cutoff.

You can see the line on the left side of both lenses, there's a defined line that goes down on an angle. That's what aims the light up and to the left.

I ordered jdm replacement for my high beam that was rusty. I paid 135$ for all 4 like new. I replaced just the high beam for driver side and honestly I couldn't tell a difference from either side. I probably wouldn't change them all out but if your just looking to replace rusty Hugh beam I'd suggest it. Worse part is taking the bumper off haha.
