Hi ive seen many posts about fan problems but mine is still not working ive changed the thermostat as it was slow and i dont have any airlocks and when i pull the wires off the fan sensor at the bottom of the radiator my fans dont start ive tested the relay via the battery to check its clicking and it is ive replace the 30a fuse and still nothing i cant seem to figure this out is there something ive missed? Any help greatly appreciated

Have you tried to jump the fan to see if it works? If it doesn't work jumped fan is bad. If it works jumped than you know fan works and you have an issue somewhere else. I've never jumped a fan on a celica but I'd assume it works like any other car. Paper clip is your best friend.

I presume you mean running it via the battery the fan works when i run it to the battery

Oops sorry didn't read that. Well it's either relay or thermostat switch (sensor on the bottom) it's a coolant temp sensor basically. Only thing it could be the switch isn't much like 20-40$
