Do you have a wideband? I'm curious what your AFR's are under full boost with the stock fuel pump.

Wooo almost wrapped up! In my opinion somewhere around 300hp at the flywheel is plenty for the street, some may disagree and it varies from person to person and car to car with how power is delivered but I've come nowhere close to pushing the Firebird hard since I've gotten it. There's just simply nowhere to do it around here and not get in trouble, and there's really no need to anyway. Anyhow good job, look forward to more pictures and videos.

Agreed with you box. I mainly built this for my own enjoyment. If someone pulls up and wants to run them yea. But I'm not going to go hunting. Lol.

Having power in a daily is nice, and even driving like a sane person it makes a difference in the enjoyment of the car. I can't help but notice you changed your sig too.

Stock pump seems more than capable based on the video.

Then again if you start to go crazy on the boost it may not flow enough, I guess one of those things you go 1 psi at a time until you reach where you want it just to be safe. I know every engine is different, but 10 psi seems on the lower side for a late 90's early 00's motor.

Correct me if im wrong but isn't there a mod with the pump relay or fuse what will help make it run 12v instead of ramping up with rpm/boost?

Video of my car doing 3rd to 4th gear. Only mods were FMIC, 3" straight after stock downpipe, and a mbc at 14psi.

Sorry I haven't been so active like I use to be! But here's a quick lil update since my last update. Didn't do much besides took my car into the shop back in July 2017. Took it in for a full body work and paint. Replacing the window seals. Converting front end to ss4. Here's some progression pictures below.

Sorry for the late update but here's a couple shots. Haven't done any mods to my car since it rolled off the paint booth besides just clear side markers and Gunblue Gram Lights 57DR 17x9 +38F +22R wrapped with Nitto NT05 235/40r17. I do have a Precision 5558 Ko Racing kit coming in soon. Hoping to install that along with a Frozen Boost W2A kit sometime in Spring. Planning to go e85 with 1000cc and Links G4+ ECU hopefully late next fall following spring.
This was the same night it rolled off the paint booth with my old Kosei rims. This was a Photo session with a local Photographer with my new wheel setup. At the CaliShine car meet in Fresno, Ca. -------------------- |
