I’ve barely had time to breathe between work and school lately but this is a thing that happened over the weekend:

Buy one of those pump gallon size garden sprayers and keep it ready to go with water, you'll need it.

Keep an eye out on Craigslist and Facebook for larger setups too. I got my 140 cu. ft. acetylene and 244 cu. ft. oxygen setup for $150 from some old guy who barely used it. Tanks are owned and can be filled at Airgas. The setup came with a brand new Victor cutting handle (with flashback arrestors) and tip, nice old school regulators made in the US, brand new hoses, and a nice cart with big wheels.

Just make sure you keep your acetylene tanks upright - or you can make big boom boom. If you guys have never cut before with a torch, remember - fuel gas on first and fuel gas off first. Also, if the flashback arrestors aren't built into the handle, I recommend investing in a pair (cheap insurance).

Well my stable has changed alot within the last few weeks. Sold my 94 black liftback with a turbo on the 5s with 95k, got rid of my project highO silver with the 3rd Gen 3sgte with e153 trans and my 93 Sc400.

Ended up with my vert back with a fresh 1mz swap that has tons of history with it. Getting a 88 turbo mkiii 5 speed black delivered to my house after the new years. Now time to decide if Im going the LS route or not. And before the whole 2jz debate, I can't justify paying the 2j taxes on parts.

I love the 1uz, favorite in stock form. But I want to experience the ease of buying parts again. That's the only reason why I wanna go the ls route. Can make horsepower for a quarter of the price which would be nice for once. smile.gif

Yassss!! Plus already have the purist swap with 1mz in my vert. So I'm good with that. But the ls swap would be nice. I can always change it.

I bought my Celica a Christmas present, red "TRD" door striker covers! I've been sitting on them for months, decided to buy them before they just don't exist anymore.

Well finally started on the supra. In the process of cleaning up the engine bay after the engine and tranny removal. Going to buy a new power washer so I can give it a good cleaning to see what I'm working with. Interior will need a nice cleaning to get the old odor of sitting for years. Trying to narrow down what route I want to go with the engine. Building the 7mgte, go the ls route or Flintstone it around until I can make a decision.
