Sometimes when I turn my car off, the passenger side of the car(morely towards the back seat) makes a loud grinding sort-of noise. It doesnt do it every time, but enough that it stumps me and I want to get it fixed. Does anyone know what this could be or how I could go about fixing it?

The only thing i can think of is maybe the antenna? but that would be on the driver side..so..it can't be that..otherwise I can't think of anything that would make a noise when the car is not moving..Try having a person turn the car off and you sit in the place where you think the sounds coming from and see if you can get a better idea where its coming from.

I currently have the exact same problem only mine is when I am driving i hear it, I posted a topic about this a while back and some guys said that it could be grinding from the rotor or one of the wheels could be loose, but that is what they told me for while I was driving. For you, I have no idea, it could be happening while you are driving also, you just aren't listening for it. In the words of my grandparents, "Turn that music down!"
