Alright heres the problem, When i shift gears and push the gas it seems to slip and my rpms shoot up, also if i am just driving and punch the gas the rpms will shoot up with no or hardly any acceleration.

Think this is a transmission problem, or just time for a new clutch?

Sounds like a clutch problem too me. About 2 months ago my clutch was so bad I couldn't do a burnout and then it just started to slip just like how you describe it. I got it replace with a toyota clutch from my dealer. Its all good now.

defiantly sounds like the clutch slipping to me. this is exactly what happened to me. i had to get a new clutch. get it replaced quickly as possible before it starts slipping so bad you have to rev it to 5k to get it to move forward. (this is what happened to me)

Yeah its slipping, change it ASAP or else you wont be getting outta 2nd gear, and thats because you'll have to start in it.
