Hey everyone. Okay, here's the situation. My 95 Celica GT is having this knocking sound in the engine. You can hear it when the car is running. But when the gas pedal is engage, the sound is gone. My friend says that the Valves may need to be align. Instead of taking it to the shop, i'm thinking about it doing it myself. But what would i need. Also, what is the alignment hieght of the valve. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks -jAzn95GT

look at the online BGB on celica tech. it tells you how to do it.

its one of those things that i would only let toyota dealer do, tho. its not really hard, but you want to have someone there who has done it before to teach you. last time i asked, my local dealer wanted about 180$ to do it.
