i guess this tags along with my other post "higher octane/advancing ignition" but, are there any other "free" mods to do on the 7A-FE motor? or is there a price for everything?

You have what you pay.....don't forget that less you spend, more you spend.... wink.gif wink.gif wink.gif
For free you can just advance the timing....or you can put a specific resistance instead of the Air temperature sensor to give a false signal to the ECU but it's something crappy for me..... frown.gif

In an economy engine I think no.
Keep in mind that low octane gas and advanced timing (also high CR, high boost etc.)are factors which raise the detonation risk,.Anyway I don't think you'll have problems on your car with that setup but I'm not 100% sure. ask to someone who has done it. wink.gif

It amazies how no one mentioned just tightening your throttle cable. Take the inch slack off it and you'll see a better throttle body response, some of my friends even disconnected thier fuel sensor. I don't recommend that but it is a free mod rolleyes.gif
