Hey guys, I am going over seas and I have to sell my car. I still owe the bank quite a bit of money on my car. b/c of my crappy financing abilities, I am upside down on her. I was dumb and financed the upgrades into my loan. I know I probably won't get close to what I owe $15,933.48 but I need to get as much as I can out of her as quickly as possible. Yall being the experts, what do you sugest I price it at.

99GT 65,000miles. Runs great, no problems with power windows or locks, no leaks, no tears in the leather, this car is very very clean. no broken vents or any little thing, the head liner is in tact and clean, all that stuff. also, check out my profile. I have plenty of mods done that costed me a ton and half. I despratly need help pricing. I have tried and tried to sell at what I owe and I can't even get a single reply. SO, I'm too high. What do yall think I should put the price at. I will obviously have to bite some money, but I need as much as I can out of it.

Please help!!

You owe almost $16,000.00 not knowing when the car will be payed off, Which your interest will keep on adding to your financing value every month or so. I just checked KBB value & It's about $7,600 ~ $8,500 which isn't that great. Hmm kind of a harsh move your making knowing that your up side down is so high, As you would already know if you sell your car to the dealer you would not get a cent out from all the mods you have added to the Celica & You'll still be up side down.
In my head there is only 3 choices that I could really think of, Which is . . .
1. Get it chopped somewhere after you take all your mods out & let the insurance take care what's left of the car but do this at your own risk! The insurance company might not even give you $7,000
2. Find a Toyota or any dealer who willing to take the car as stock Celica which with no mods on it & give you the book value (That only if you have all the original parts / & have the time to reinstall all the original parts). And sell the all the mods on Ebay, 6GC, or other.
3. If you have the money to cover the up side down just pay it off, If you have good credit find a bank who willing to give you a personal loan for $8,000 & pay off the car.
( Try to sell the car around $10,500 ~ $11,000, The rest of the money hmmm look up I guess if that helps in anyways. Good luck with your sale)
