O ye, Celica rules!!!, Had a really good week end :) Options

Hey everyone,

So the story start on friday night. I went to my friend garage were he was fixing his Civic VTi, and i saw that where was a lot of guys with cars and girls. Then they saw my car they they just stoped talking and startet to stare at my car. I just get of the car and walked to my friends garage and we started to talk, and my frien sad that tonight will be the race near the town, everyone is welcome and that he is fixing his car for tonight race. And he asked if i go? I was not sure, cuz i was afraid of my a$$ being kicked, and last time when i raced was a year ago and i had corolla with 4A-GE, but then one guy came of to me and started to talk $hit about his car ( Opel Calibra 2.0 Dohc 160 hp), what his car is ***king fast and etc, then he started to talk about my car, what my celi is slow, and it only looks fast. And then i sad: Hell ye, i will race you any time any where... So i went to take my GF from her house and sed what i will race tonight.. So we got in to a fight... She was very angry at me, and started to talk that i act like a little boy and and that am looking for troubles..
10 PM we where in the spot, where the race willl be. It is about 2 miles straight road with the stop light and ablosutle no traffic. Where was about 20 car (Civics, BMW, AUDI, Opel, Toyota and misc.) So we started first (me and the guy that talked $hit):
So we are standing near each other, and he starts to rev his engine... I'm waiting for the traffic light to go green, and not reving my engine, just acting normaly... And here it goes - green. I kick the trotte to the bottom, and we are going near each other, then i kick second gear i am starting to lose him and i get in to the front in about 1/2 of my car, third gear i am in the front of him in about a car, fourth gear (speed is about 170 km/h) am in the fron of him in about 2 cars. Im starting to slow down, an i stop... he drives near me, and says that i started early and that he shifted badly. So i say, lets race again. And again we started and again i kicked him in about 2.5 cars I was very happy, and my girl was pleased and she wanted more and more ...

That night i raced 8 times and only 2 times my a$$ was kicked by a BMW E36 2.5l and my friend civic VTi (160 hp with spoon internals, CAI, full cat back and misc.) I win over the Calibra 2.0l Dohc, Civic ESi, Toyota Celica with the same engine as myne, Ford probe 2.0, another civic ESi, Vw golf 1.8... After the race i drived home slowly full of adrenalin, talked with my girl, and i was very happy about my Celi ST!!

Myne ST is like stock so far, only has Apexi Super Airflow filter with custom made CAI, full exhaust custom made (pipe 2.25, custom made muffler and silencer), custom made ceramics cluch,S-AFC, advanced timing +14', nad i am runing it on 99+ fuel. My friend is representing EARS motorsport from UK, so he is preparing car for rally, and some times he helps me with my mods... Next month i will run my celi on DINO so i will let you know guys how much power dose it has

Lucky Dogg. Our town is just crawling with cops, and the only decnet racing is about 30 minutes away, and all it is is a ton of civics it seems. Sometimes a prelude will come by, and sometimes a supra, but its just kinda boring. At least you guys have different cars. Awesome job with an ST!

half of the people here speak worse than you and you're from out of this country. I give you a lot of credit. I am in French IV Honors in school and all i can say is practically "hello, how are you?"

awesome story. goes to show you can't rule out the st's with a few basic mods. I look forward to those dyno figures when you get them.
