just go with regular brushed aluminum or chrome look. and if people want them different colors they can paint em.

ya thatll probably be the best route, however i still would like to look into the color anodizing cuz they would never chip or have any paint wear.

yeah very true

ummm yea these things, we are having a hell of a time finding some1 to chrome plastic, and it looks like no one will... basically our options are i can have them made from the plastic as planned, but either A) i can spray paint them chrome or w/e you want for you, or B) you can figure out how to color them on your own. OR a company will chrome plate them for us, but only if they are made out of brass, which will up the price to nearly 45 bucks an emblem. as i said before, i was only going to sell these things if they are reasonably priced, and IMO 45 bucks is DEFINATLY not reasonable. any one have any other ideas besides chroming on how to color these things?? we havent given up by any means, but we're definatly becoming frustrated, need some new ideas!!

ive never shipped overseas, but as long as you will pay for the shipping i have no problem with it! is just normal UPS or FEDEX the best route to go? or are there cheaper ways to ship overseas? just let me know and i'll see what i can do!

Go US postal service. It makes the international mail a lot quicker.

NOTE: these are NOT the finished product, still the templates. Still the urethane, but better pics and basically how they are going to look. will still be cleaned up a but further, but this is it basically. This is an example of what the plastic ones will look like:

what you are looking at in this last pic is the mounting, in the backround are the holes the posts (foreground) just sits into, its held by emblem/plastic adhesive. you can pick it up for like 5 bucks at NAPA, autozone, murrays, autoparts plus, ETC...

ALSO, not taking orders yet!! i still want to have both plastic AND chrome plated products in my hand before taking any orders.

hey coomer, could you put a 56K warning on this thread?? thanks

more good news. we will be cleaning up the de-backrounded version, and making a new mold, so you will have that option as well.
