so i have a JVC headunit everything else in my system is stock and am thinking of buying this: http://www.crutchfield.com/S-O7gMcRHPhOh/c...00&I=500SPS171A
i found it for $113 shipped. i was just wondering if anyone had any opinions on these speakers. i know alpine is supposed to be good, but i just want to see what more experienced people thought of them. i choose these because i'm really not looking to buy an amp and not to spend too much either. keith |

Not very powerful mate try to have a look for a pair of Renegades or Vibes, they take a beating you need a higher RMS to get better quality at louder sounds..
Or you could get them and probably blow the voice coils.. or cones.. whats the RMS output from your head unit?? |

i was also thinking that maybe if i did get an amp i would get a JBL CS60 2 channel. idk, anyone want to help out a NOOB? i've also been throwing around the idea of subs too, but i would rather have better SQ than just a really hard hitting but crappy sounding system. i really cant decide what i want. all i know is that i would rather spend less than $200, but that isnt set in stone. so if anyone knows anything about those speakers or the amp, or just wants to give me advice, that'd be great, thanks.

It's not the photographer's fault. Bigfoot is blurry. And that's extra scary to me, because there's a large, out-of-focus monster roaming the countryside. |
