How many Poles visit 6gc.net forums?

To avoid discussion as in "Hmong" thread I give you an explanation - a Pole is someone with roots from Poland. Thanks to hard environmental conditions here in Poland (both physical and psychic), a Pole, even in third or fourth generation raised outside Poland is:
- questioning anything,
- fighting for everything,
- hard working,
- family loving,
- driving fast (even in vehicles that should not drive at all),
- vodka proof (almost).

So, disclose yourselves!!! biggrin.gif

Ill be there this summer smile.gif To think I grew up speaking polish and now its my 2nd language, if only there were more people to talk to around me other than my parents.
Ive got family in Warszawa/Krasnik and Wroclaw. I cant wait till the deliciousness that is wyborowa touches my lips again.
Oh and I dont know about that 3rd/4th generation bit, ive run into a few 1st gens that shame me, and I cant stand the ones that have all the pride, but dont know anything about poland except its capital.

Wyborowa is my absolute favorite vodka, its really hard to find in Michigan, gotta go to Canada or Chicago. However I find the exported bottles to pale in comparison to whats sold in Poland. However I believe there was some buying and selling of the rights to the name and all that, because the rights to distill it have changed and that makes me disappointed. Because newer bottles are distilled by the Pernod-Ricard group under the Wyborowa SA(Used to be state owned I believe) Subsidiary, but I've seen and drank from old bottles of Wyborowa distilled and bottled by Polmos Bialystok SA [which is still stated owned but wont be for long frown.gif ] Oh and no wodka is not just wodka.
However my main goal is to pick up a few bottles of spirytus TomPoz should know that tongue.gif.

Wow, guys - you need to let me know when you come to visit Poland (malpaso - U2).
I will arrange nice evening in the old town of Warsaw with lots of Wyborowa.

All of you have forgotten to mention that Polish women are very beautiful. wink.gif

Yeah, old joke. But I will give up revenge, my family in Chicago will handle it themselves. wink.gif

i grew up with a polish kid back in new york ALOT of polish people there. i remember me having to help him fight almost every month because of his short fuse some kid called him a pole-lock or something? idk why. and he got mad, and before i could grab him, he broke the kids cheekbone...god that guy was a lunatic... rolleyes.gif good friend though.
