sup everyone im planing on lowering my car but im not sure if the tein s tech. is a good enough drop im kinda on a budget so i cant affored coilovers frown.gif and i read that these springs are ok to put with oem shocks?! kindasad.gif i want to install them myself because performance shops in san diego are hella expensive but anywho does any one have pics? with the tein s-tech springs on!? i seen a acouple from other member but everyones drop looks different?? is it the rims size?i have 18-inch rims so does that benefit in the matter as i dont need a 2 inch drop to look low?? plz help any info or pics would be really helpful thanks everyone

you're probably still going to have some ground clearance with 18" rims. try going for Eibach Sportlines, they drop a little lower than S-Techs

I have S-Techs and KYB's (which are OE replacements). you can look in my profile for pictures, if you want more pictures let me know and I'll dig them out. smile.gif

not the best pic, but thats oem replacement struts (KYB) and tien stechs..
on 17x8 rims with 225/45/17 tires

Yes they are ok to put on oem shocks but the bottom line is that you will eventually have to replace your oem shocks. So you might as well put them on at the same time. The ride will be a lil bouncier with the oems as opposed to the kyb (oem replacement). That is just my .02
