I stayed up last night putting a reman 2.2 in and now I have a major problem, many of my electronics have no power. The car will not turn over, turn sig do not work, sunroof will not open, windows will not lower and the list goes on. I have checked all the fuses and relays and all of my conections under the hood and dash. Has anyone had this problem after an engine swap?

check the 3 plugs behind the center console, and the big plug in the fusebox in the engine bay.

I have 7 plugs behind the console and 1 under the heater box and I checked, unpluged, and pluged back in about 8 times last night. I have also checked the main box under the hood. I have ran out of ideas.
