it might be the CD player, if not check the mounting of the speakers, it has to be sturdy, very sturdy. then check the wiring (soldering is worth it) just make sure to check the wires that run to the speaker itself and the wires that run off the back of the CD player itself.

I have a big feeling its the CD player though, try getting a really cheap one and putting it in, then see if you have the same problem. If its the same with the cheap unit then it is speaker wires or mounting.

Make sure the speaker wires go from the unit to the speaker like redline suggested. It could be running through the factory amplifier causing these problems. Also if the speaker wire is frayed or cut it could touch metal and ground itself. You could try pulling out the head unit and a speaker and connecting them with a short peice of wire you know is good. If it does play correctly it's likely a wiring issue.
