Need help with tint Options

I noticed today that my tint was starting to wrinkle and i wanted to know if anyone could help me on how to get rid of them.

Could you be just a little more specific on what you mean? I just tinted my car with somewhat perfection so I could more then likely guide you through it.

Haha a How-to tint would be hard. Its very easy to do for me. Maybe when I put my mirrored tint on the otherside of the black tint I'll write one up

Well it sorta looks like air got thru and it looks bubbled up.

A steamer works the best. Which window is it? If its the back one I can give you somewhat good instructions. If its the side I can tell you what you want to do right now. Just peel off all of the tint, you will have adhesive left on there so just get soapy water, and spray and let soak a minute, spray more on and get something to scrub it off(very fine steel wool or you can get a razor blade and scrape it. Just make sure it's wet it will save you a lot of time.

i would NOT do the tint yourself unless you have experience. just save yourself the time and headache and take it somewhere to get it done professionally. most places give lifetime warranties so if it wrinkles or anything then just take it back with your reciept.

No im not putting any tint it, its just that the tint that has been on the car is starting to bubble up.

if its the factory tint then it needs replacing anyway.

Its old, mine is doing it too. Its starting to wringle and bubble up to where you can feel it. Time to get new tint my friend.

once tint wrinkles, bubbles, peels etc. your screwed, time to get a whole new tint job. just another excuse to go darker!~

Hey guys!
I tint windows professionally and would love to wal you through the easiest steps to tint your windows. Trust me....I know all the little tricks cause I have been tinting windows now for about 9 years! First off if you are serious about tinting you own windows .... I hope you are patient and have steady hands. If you are neither stop and go pay someone to do it. If you plan on tinting the little back rear windows you can do them pretty easily. You will need a heat gun if you are thinking about doing the doors or the back window. I can make your job alot easier if you buy pre-cut pre-heater tint from me but that is just out there to save you guys time and (money you would have to spend on a heat gun). Anyway take your tint and lay it out on the window you want to tint (first spray the window with some windex or something and when you lay the tint on the window squeegee it to get it to stay in place so you can cut it) , hang a shop-light "inside your car" so you can see the black outline of the window "from the outside of the car". Take a razor and cut about 1/8 to 1/4 of an inch around that black border trim. now you have the tint cut in the patern of your window that you want to tint. Put two peices of tape against opposite sides of the tint and peel the clear side away and spray tint (glue side)with spray mix. hopefully you have the inside of the window clean and you can spray it with spray mix too. then just take the tint from the outside and stick it to the inside and squeegee all the bubbles out from the inside of the window working your way out.
