Hi guys... just want to show you my SRI and custom air box and see what you guys think of it. I dont have a pic of it installed yet but they are actually installed on the car as I post. Sorry for the dark pics...

I have wrapped the SRI tube with Thermotec Cool Tube Heat Shield

The custom air box that I build off an Aluminum sheet metal wrapped with Thermotec Adhesive Heat Barriers

The top of the box actually has a magnet on it (top left corner of the box in the pic) that would allow me to open and close it for cleaning purposes.

Nice, I made a box like that ages ago, pics should be still in my profile. It really does help reduce the air tempiture.

Thanks for the good comments guys, its not much of a mod but it helps the performance. I'll post the pics this weekend... the camera is with my sister so I'll take pics and post them on saturday.
