The Ring would be fantastic, but we have no organizer for that place...

BTW, we found Rijeka (Croatia) to be nearer than 2007 Parma (Italy) for the UK people...

yes and no... see numbers:

London-Parma (PECM2007)
Time: 14h12 including 11h51 on motorways
Distance: 1348km (including 1292km on motorways and 22km on scenic roads)
Costs 215.48 EUR
Toll costs: 52.10 EUR
Petrol costs: 124.54 EUR*
Road tax cost: 38.84 EUR

London-Rijeka (PECM2008)
Time: 16h59 including 13h29 on motorways
Distance: 1621km (including 1496km on motorways and 46km on scenic roads)
Costs 193.47 EUR
Toll costs: 20.38 EUR
Petrol costs: 153.65 EUR*
Road tax cost: 19.44 EUR

*just to compare... should not be taken exactly...

It's for about 300km more far but cheaper because of lower tolls and road tax costs... (http://www.viamichelin.com/viamichelin/gbr/dyn/controller/route-planner) so I think 300kms are still acceptable difference.

Croatia is fine for Celica Club Poland. In summer 2006 I was on holidays on island Krk which is close to Rijeka. Beautiful country, very friendly people, excellent sea fruits.
