i got a question for you all! what is the maximum width of tire that i can put on a '94 celica gts without being illegal (here in canada the tires must not be larger than the car fenders) i think that i can fit some 235/40/18 in the front and some 255/35/18 in the back. im pretty sure about the front but its for the back that i want your advice. anyone here ever tried to fit some 255? even on some 17's? if no, im pretty sure that some 245 will fit! if your wondering why im want my tire so large, its because im planing an engine swap.(i wanna fit a 2jzgtte)

The S2000 engine is a 2.0... and it's not a very large engine. The Supra's 2JZ is a friggen huge 3.0... so that's not even a logical comparison...heh...

A more valid argument would be, "I have a friend with an NSX V6 is a CRX..."

Yeh an s2000 is still a 4 banger, most 4 bangers can be put into any other 4 banger chassis.

about your tire question 255 is a little big for a FWD car

i would go with 235 in front and back if you want really wide

hey when you used 225 did you notice any difference in traction and cornering ?
is it bad or good cuz when you fully turn the steering wheel is there enough room for the tire to turn cuz it might the inside of the tires might hit the suspension
