I stopped by my local discount tire yesterday and found that they were having a deal on these rims. 16x7 with tires for $400 i also found a guy locally selling a set of gt-s wheels and tires but 2 of the tires have 50% tread left and is only willing to take 350 at lowest for them. So my dilemma is, do i go with these wheels brand new with tires or get used wheels and tires for $50 less

either way your getting a good deal on both set so if you like the look of the stock GT-S on them then id say go for them and just change tire when they get to about 20 percent.. or if you like the look of those MB motoring wheels then hey they are nice lookin wheels aswell, so id say go for which ever floats your boat.. if it was me id go for the GT-S set and get them powder coated to my taste (bronze or gun metal)

haha i love how they look on our cars, however it seems that alot of people have them, and although i do like them, i sorta want something different and the mb wheels have the recessed spokes and chrome lip where the gt-s wheels are pretty much flat all the way to the tire.

Right now i am leaning tword the mb wheels, but id like to hear everyones opinion

personally i'm partial to the gt-s rims. for 16s they look really good. if i were to buy new rims however i would get bigger. atleast a 17 maybe even an 18. both sets of rims you are talking about look really nice.
now logically it would only make sense to get the new rims and tires because in the long run it'll be cheaper because the tires will last you longer.
what kind of tires are they including in the package deal?

final verdict.
get the new rims and tires from discount tire.

I like the MB's. It's a sweet deal, too, depending on the tires. Just make sure of what you're getting.
