Ok so I don't think that alcohol at a public park is a good idea laugh.gif . But as for what we can grill, we can grill just about anything! Some brats or some hot links or some shrimp even! We can grill w/e we want smile.gif. There seems to be a good amount of people going so it should be fun smile.gif.

Xavier, I am moving to San Mateo. Everything is all set, and I'll be leaving the end of the month. Everytime I think about moving, I get kind of depressed cause of all the friends I'm leaving behind. But then... I think about being there and all the awesomeness that will entail...
So the meet will be like, laugh.gif
When I think about leaving, I'll be like, kindasad.gif
Then I say goodbye and I'm all like, frown.gif
And then I get to NorCal and be like, kindasad.gif
Then I'll see the asian ladies and be like, wink.gif
And then the ladies be like, smile.gif
And I'll be like, biggrin.gif

laugh.gif hahaha. So dude, today this girl came in to Longo Lexus, and she was like... dayum. Like, we get a lot of good looking girls in, but this one, took fine to a whole nother level. I can't say she is the hottest girl ever, cause I mean, I'm still a fan of Leah Dizon (droool), but she was definatly something to remember haha.

haha so anyways, I just waxed like 40% of my car. I stopped because I realized that there was no point. At first the sideskirts looked better than the car, so I'm like fack. Then I wax the car, and now the car looks better than the side skirts, so I'm like double fack! So I just left it alone haha. It's all come down to this! Last meet! Does everyone remember what they are bringing? Oh and thanks Xavier for updating the list smile.gif.

I'm not really free this week. I'm only free for a little while in the morning time, but I won't have a full day off until Saturday.

Edit: WOAH! Triple post!

Sorry to hear you're pizzowned, but atleast you're making things work Xavier smile.gif . People say that moving away is not the answer, but I do it a lot and it works for me. But I guess there are right reasons to move, and wrong reasons to move. I have several reasons for moving. A lot has to do with my future. Life here in SoCal is so chill. It's so relaxing and I never want things to change. But that's the biggest problem I have. If I don't want things to change, then things will always stay the same, and I'll be doing the same thing for the rest of my life.
I want to keep exploring more, see new things, and not tie myself down to anything. I want to become more and not just make money. I don't care about having lot's of money, or owning a bunch of material goods, as long as I'm happy. The only reason that I wish I had a lot of money sometimes, is so that I can make other people happy, but since I don't have a lot of money, I always try to do my best to make peoples' lives better however I can. Weither it's cheering them up when they are down, helping them out when they are in need, or even just hanging out with them when they are alone. I don't want to be just another person who works a full time job, pays the bills, and is a sheep. I really want to make a difference in peoples' lives. So what I'm trying to do, is to move to different locations, and learn more about different people. I think that if I can learn more about people, I will be able to understand the world better, and be able to make more of an impact.
Young people are very confused about life and they sometimes feel like they are all alone. I remember I wanted to become a musician JUST for that reason. I know people feel alone sometimes, and I've been down that path. But if one person were to hear one of my songs, and realize that they aren't alone, and everything is going to be alright, then I think that it would have been completely worth it. I feel like there's so much more I should be doing with my life than just trying to make an extra buck like what everyone else seems to be doing. Most people I speak with either, A) Hate their jobs, B) Are barely making ends meet, or C) Both. I don't want to find myself in that position, so that is my reason for moving around.

OH MAN! Sorry for the long paragraph, I start to ramble on about things I'm passionate about. I'll edit it to make it look smaller and take up less space.

damn derrick thats deep. too bad we didn't get to chillax together much. maybe when you go to san mateo..i am looking for that lost piece of me as well. and i wholeheartedly agree, having friends that you can go hang out with/joke around with/comfort/make smile/relax are the most valuable part of life. the second part is the journey that you take trying to find the meaning of your life.

there better be an afterparty/going away party smile.gif

otherwise we will caravan with you to san mateo to help you move laugh.gif

Yeah, it's ok, you're always welcome to come up to San Mateo to come visit smile.gif. A lot of people are looking for that missing part of themselves but people never seem to know what it is. I have theories on what that void is. Some people say it's finding that one special person to spend the rest of their lives with. I think it's something else. I think it's more than just that. I think finding the missing piece within has to do with finding out who you are. From what I gathered, people who don't know who they are, will feel an emptyness inside, almost as if they have no purpose. A lot of people feel this way because of the way they grew up. Everyone was told how to make a living and to live life a certain way. A lot of people never really question it because they just go by what they were taught. Once you realize what you want in life, everything else will seem to just fall into place. Lifes been great to me, even though I have had bad things happen, it won't waste much time on it, because there will always be people out there who need my help smile.gif.

Alright, it's about time for an on topic post. I updated the first page to state that practically everything has been taken care of. We should still probably come up with some more non meat items other than Chips. I think I heard someone say something about carrots and vegitables? That would be good too. We can discuss more when we are all actually there and ready to go. That way, we will get a visual on how many people are actually there and how much food we will need smile.gif . Gosh, Im kind of depressed that nobody commented my ultra cool supply list laugh.gif .

Spatula and BBQ- Xavier
Obvious things, like plates and napkins - Xavier, Matt

Charcoal - Marco
A tent or A/C would be nice smile.gif
Large trash bag - Marco
Cups - Xavier, Derrick
Eating Utensils - Marco
Lighter Fluid - Ty
Ice/Cooler and Drinks - Marco for cooler 1/Ty for cooler 2/Derrick for drinks and Ice.
Chips and Non-meat items - Xavier and Matt for Chips
Alcohol (hehehe jk)
Meat
