IDK if there's anything I could do to raise my MPG...I'm assuming the engine is working pretty efficiently even though it's older.

Assuming I drive 400 miles and empty the tank, I'm only getting 25 MPG. Good, but I drive pretty relaxed, with AC on 75% of the time and the rest with the windows down when I do less than 55. Weird since the factory estimations are 27 city, 34 highway, I would think I'd get somewhere in between that.

i have a ST 5 speed. with new spark plugs, K&N cold air intake, with one new ntk oxygen sensor and full exhaust system. I drive all city. Shifting at no more than 2,200 rpms and never going faster than 50mph. Pretty much driving like a grandma you can say... i get 380 miles with 13.5 gallons. The tank itself can carry 14.5 gallons. I always fill up when the gas light turns on or a little before. like in between empty and the 1/4 line. the best the car will get on the street is 28 mpg. still need to change my main oxygen sensor that has 110,000 miles on it. I NEVER USE THE A/C

According to some post on some other forum kilometers per litre (kpl) = mpg * 0.3540, i know my car does 8kpl around the city (probably about 9kpl if hitting the very bottom of the tank--below e) and i reach between 9-10 kpl if any motorway driving is done on the same tank of gas, by this equation i'm getting 22mpg in the city and between 25 - 28mpg with motorway driving included. On a scale between 0-10, 0 being conservative without freewheeling, 10 being lead foot, my driving is about 7.

Using the maths given by delusionz, I get about 11 km/l (31 mpg) around town and 13.5 km/l (38 mpg) for purely open road driving. Around town I get 550km from full to when the light comes on (~50l), and about 680 km on open road driving. I wouldn't call my driving "nana" driving but I don't take it to 7k with every shift, usually to 3 -4.5k with the odd one to 6k.
