I would flat-out buy if there is no rust, no problems, and near-stock engine. Thing is, I will not be ready to buy until next summer, once I get a house and a garage to put it! Your price of 7600 is too high for me though, unless it was under 6k.

Even in Utah, they use sand IIRC, not salt. So no rust issues, plus, I'm sure he would have said so in the OP. I'm not trying to decieve anyone but there is some rust on the car but it is so very small it's hardly noticeable. a small spot behind the passenger side door, a little on inside of the bottom of the doors (very common) a little on the passenger side door and a very small spec on the roof.
The body is straight without any dents in it. paint is still very nice. Only thing I would really fix exterior wise is painting the front bumper because it has a few places where the paint has chipped.
