I got a 95, getting a 96 bumper. I was looking and didn't find it in the how to guides. How does one install those fog lights on the celica? Honest question looking for an honest answer.

I know that is another section of the forums, but we are talking exterior lights here. I was going to grab those 96-99 bumper fogs. -------------------- 91 MR2 Turbo SW20, 92 MR2 Turbo SW20, 95 Celica GT ST204

For whatever it's worth, I wired my fogs up to my parking lights on the fenders kind of as a temporary thing until I find a switch I'm happy with. With them wired to the fender lights, they'll come on when you turn on your parking lights and they'll turn off when you get out of your car (if your headlights already do that- I guess not everyone's does). Anyway I don't mind the fogs being on, I use them as daytime running lights anyway and I like how it looks/works at night w/the low beams.

So I just splice and connect wires then? -------------------- 91 MR2 Turbo SW20, 92 MR2 Turbo SW20, 95 Celica GT ST204

Yep. You can even use a tap-splice connector if you want to get fancy with it. I did a hack job on mine, just get yourself some waterproof electrical tape if you can, so it seals up nicely and water doesn't get inside and short it out or corrode it.

i just set a relay for mine... with an old supra switch that fits directly into the hole below your dash. its indented and everything, looks stock, turns off when the power is off and if u leave it on and remote start it it'll turn on with the car... NICE

Yeah, I think a relay is definitely the way to go to do it right... you can even get an aftermarket kit at like NAPA, Pilot makes it, it's around $20 - relay, wiring and a switch (although I'd replace the switch w/a Toyota one if possible IMO)
