holy bananas !!

that is the worst thing I have seen...the body shop must of hated the guy to do work like that, or the shop workers were about to quit after they did one last FU job for the owner.

no human being with even a slight knowledge of body work could produce such sh!t. It HAS to be a "im quitting after this" "**** this place" kind of job. They were not serious about that at all for sure.

I dont get the joke....

I mean seriously, who can be that dumb to mess up a body kit install.
If they are letting an new employee work on the car, isn't he supervised? Doesn't the boss know the word quality control?

the dude with the 350 must have been a retart to take his car there..i mean...this looks like the guy went to his local drywall wholesaler, picked out the person that looked least bodywork friendly and told him, "Hey, put this kit on for me" i mean...i would have at least watched him do some of it at the shop to see the progress/how he was doin it....honestly its really not that hard to put a body kit on even if you have no experience....i even feel better painting the car myself so i know i havent missed anything rather then take it to a local shop...i dunno but personally i would just beat the sh!t out of this dude for even thinking that this would fly...what a damn jackass

My guess is that its a copy of a copy kit. The kit looks like it wouldn't fit. Body shops are good for pulling out dents and painting. Putting on a kit involves precision. You have to warp fiberglass with a heat gun, remove glass with a dremel, add glass if needed. Its not an easy job. Those sideskirts are great.
I got to wallpaper that job.

man...i thought ive seen some bad paintjobs before...but thats by far the worst job ive ever seen. Like i actually started to feel physicaly sick looking at thouse pics. I remember how frusterated i was when i got my celica back from the bodyshop and i had overspray and orange peel and some little bumps on the paint where th gun got clogged. I remember how pissed i was when i went back and complained, but i would hate to be that guy.

That seriously makes me nauseous. I couldn't even imagine the extent of my rage if I took my car to a shop and got that in return. Then again, I wouldn't have signed for the work until AFTER I inspected the car in the day time. I understand he was eager to get his car back after so long, but man that's just horrible. I just truly cannot imagine what I would do. I would seriously have a hard time controlling my anger with that guy. I know it's just a car, but it's about the principal. After 12 or whatever days and $700+ dollars, not to mention more $$ and downtime to rectify the damage, I would seriously flip my sh*t and want to start lighting things on fire.

well u get what you pay for...un sure what he paid..maybe some one jump in with a number....i assume he paid little for the ****tie kit and the work to be done...good body work takes a long frigin time i have a quote for my celi for 3500 dollars... to repaint the whole car.fix a lil rust and fix up my front end that some shabby shop painted it before i owned it..also shavin wiper antena and gas door/blinkers....but 3500 dollars aint cheap by no means..my car will see top of the line paint and clear...along with a good wet sand and couple coats of clear...can't wait.........but i could go give 500 bucks to the on eyed coke head/drunk down town a screw driver and some sheet rock screws and get the same effect...maybe better lol.......two ppl need to be slaped here...the shop owner and the car owner..i dont care how dark it is when u pick it up..u see a million screws in ur door jam u dont let that slip
