has anyone got a turbo kit from ebay or somewhere else that is cheap for a 99 celica gt(5sfe)? if so, please tell me the result.

 no There is no "turbo Kit" for the 6th generation celica (94-99) without being sold directly from this website from a well respected member. You missed the point - noone makes an off the shelf "kit". All the turbo guys you see here peiced together their own kit [edit - duh - don't know why I thought you were ST - the rest my statement is still true]
