I believe its the wires from my alarm system, but what can i do besides tape them to other wires. As of right now i have a wad of tape and wires, and it gets pretty frustrating when it falls on my feet and have to drive with my mouth, as i try to shove the wires back up under. Is there something i can do to keep them up there besides using electrical tape?

Please let me know

Its really annoying....

x2 get about 5 large zip ties and fasten them securely to steering column or a some other pipes that are down there.

NO! Do not tie them to your steering column. When you do this, as time goes on when you turn your steering wheel, the wires will soon wrap around the column and rip. Zip tie the wires to other wires. I would electrical tape all the wires then zip tie them.

alright so i was at a stop light,(I hate stop lights so much!!!!!) attempting to shove the wires back up before the light turned green, then the light turned green and i threw it into first (i always put it into neutral when i need to stop) and bit the top of my steering wheel to keep me from veering off the road. i got the wires in a good spot and went back to driving normally. got some crazy looks. It was pretty hard to reach up under the panel, but i have long arms.

i taped the wires pretty tight, and used 3 zip ties, seems to be holding well, so hopefully they don't fall down again. thanks for your suggestions

since you zip tied it, I doubt it will fall. I just hope you didn't zip tie it to your steering column.

yeah whatever you do DO NOT zip tie them to the steering column, trust these guys (and me lol) it would be a big mistake driving down the road later in life.
