It's welded just enough to keep from falling out.
I'm going to run it up to the alignment shop to make sure its nice and square before I make it permanet

I would cause I have the time. But since I was laid off the week of thanksgiving I have no money
and besides its been like below zero the last couple days (cost too much too heat the shop)

Don't know haven't seen the suspension on one.
I bet its more trouble than it's worth.
I'm sure its has a completly different geometry

What did you use to cut the spare wheel well with? A plasma cutter?

What lines are you using to run the fuel? I would assume you would have to extend the lines correct?

Are the channels in your crossmember threaded for the bolts to hold the cradle on, or did you weld on a nut onto the channel?

I used a cut off wheel on a grinder

I was just going to extend them

I welded a nut inside the channel

So did u tac the crass member or did u spot weld in certen areas? how hard was it to make the template, and did the drrive shaft sit flush easily next to the exhaust?

The cross members will be fully welded to the frame rails. The back one was easy the front one was not. I don't know about the exhaust haven't installed it yet.
