What do you do when you pass another Celica?, honk / smile to yourself / nothing... Options

yea ive found that other celica drivers rarely care at all, but i stare them down anyway.

I just look at them, if they wave I wave too. If they flash their lights, I do too.

I get pursued by some guy in a black celi sleeper with a beams hiding under the hood and then I feel like I should be doing more mods to my car. You know who you are!!!

But for the most part, I just look at their car, usually notice that most are pre-facelift in my area with few visible mods (except for 1 or 2), then wonder if they are on 6gc.

i nod or wave, but after I pass them, I realize that I just passed some hairdresser in a 7th gen and she doesnt care about her celica at all.

and when im riding with my wife, she normally asks why i just waved to some random girl. I tell her that its because i was waving at the celica and then she disregards me as just being a big dork.

I usually don't wave or anything.. Just look to see who's driving... (hoping its a young hot single chick.. LOL)... but typically around here they've been older ladies... I doubt they are on 6gc.

I did see one guy pull up in a 96+ red celica at Sonic.. I had to walk up and say "hi".. asked if he was into cars and was planning to mod it... I think he wanted to lower it but I could tell he wasn't super into working on cars... I told him about 6gc.. not sure if he came here or not..

I try to work out what celica it is SS-I/II-III/GT-Four and what Year, if they flash I flash,I some times wave, if they try and follow me in a SS-I, I'll just pull away.

Most people just stare at my car, Honda kids rev and drive as if they think my car was fast and try not to allow themselves to get next to me with clearance ahead, and um........ Often people try to talk crap and say "A corvette can beat that", which makes me feel better about my car to be put up in the ranks in or around a corvette knowing it is still in stock mode for the most part. LOL


Honestly, I look at them to see their reaction. Mostly chicks do stare to get a good look at me, and guys heads will turn as they stare my car down. I wish I made more Celica Buddys.

most of the time they flash the lights at me, and then i respond,,,
theres a really hot chick that stares every time i pass by, like saying "i want mine like that" she drives a red celica,,,
one time i tried talking to her but the traffic didnt help at all,,,,

I see them everywhere out here and feel bad for the celica cuz most of the celis out here are so mistreated. Scratches, dings, rust, dints that look like it got hit by the titanic.

I just think to myself wut a damn shame to waste such a beautiful car.

But when I do see the hot 6gens, I stare until I can't see them anymore. lol
