plus i have done 2 turbo set ups on 2 d16z6 hondas for my friends but their computers already came tuned up
what all do i need to turbo my celica tuning wise?

the SAFCII will work just fine for tuning a 7afte.

you live close to me in ohio, if you get a honda manifold i can use it to make you one for your 7a . i have done a few. pm me and we can talk about it.

for tunning wise i would look into the AEM F/ig* controler for 389.00 you get 100 persent correction plus can retard and advance timming when under boost these were dezined for n/a cars being boosted due to timming control it will run like a factory tunned turbo car.... the safcII i have heard alot of people saying u car will run worse because there made for on boost, under load only.. only corrects one way.... look them up on AEM's website..... good luck with the build

this is not true.
it can add and remove fuel, and with the hi and lo maps can tune for WOT as well as crudely tune for off boost driving.
the FIC will allow alot more control tho.

yeah i see what ur saying but i talked to alot of guys who tune cars for a living and they told me if u want it to be tunned at its best with out stand alone mangment it will be the best bet to get the f/ig* controler plust the software is really easy to use!!! ha lets just let him deside ha
