I've seen an R32 in person, and two Civics with Skyline body kits on them. One had the front end converted, one had the rear end converted. The Civic with the rear end converted looked like crap, obviously. But the one with the front end conversion... That car was well done. If you were looking at the car dead on, you couldn't tell it wasn't a Skyline. You had to see the side of the car before you knew.

Nice find!

so skylines are rare over there hey.

i reckon i see at least one skyline on a daily basis (32,33,34) r31's i prob see more the one a day.

and if we are talking about doing blocks (duno if you do them over there, but basically people meet up in the centre of town in large car parks, for talks, eye off other peoples cars etc, and drive around the block making all sorts of noise and racing people tongue.gif ).

but yeah if we are talking blocks i reckon i would see more then half a dozen different skylines (mostly gtst/gtt, but some gtr) 32,33,34. Maybe 10 or more s13 based nissans (sivias or 180sx, called 240sx where your from i think) and maye a few s14 and s15 model silvias.

and a few jza80 supras, mostly NA ones but occasionally a turbo. usually only one gtfour, but occasionally a few come out (mine is the only 205) lots and lots and lots of commodores and monaros (called pontiac gto's over there in 2 door form, duno what you call the 4 door ones).

and lots and lots of civics and integras, and lancers, most of those are ricers tongue.gif

R31 and AE86 are pretty rare over here, but are worth heaps if you ship them back to japan

round here civics, integras, evo's & GSR's, subby, FTO, VR4 Gailants*/ Legniums (V6 twin turbos), heaps of 32/33 & 34's, silvia's (s14/15) BMW(quite a few with rotors, and engine swap 2.7L) and rotary's

You guys that are sick of Skylines should come to the States. You'll start missing them in a hurry when a Celica is the best car you can get on a budget, and it's not even a GT4 laugh.gif

Actually, I'll still take the celica over an R33 GTS/GTS-T!
I will never ever miss an R33 laugh.gif

I got to drive and work on a new GTR last week biggrin.gif

for anyone thinking of getting one, keep in mind the sticker price isn't the only price you pay for them... the one I worked on had just under 10K miles on it, and already needed 4 tires. And the price for 2 255/40/20 and 2 285/35/20 bridgestone run-flat tires came out to about 2K! It was a sick car though...
