So Im planning on removing my front bumper to replace a high beam housing and I already know about all the several bolts inside the fenders and what not but im a little confused about the small black clips right above the air damn that I believe connect to the reinforcement. is there a way to remove them without breaking them or am I just going to have to buy new one.

u just unscrew them with your hand and or rag. to put back on you can screw a lil bit back and push in.
