hey there. i just got my apexi neo. i need help on wiring it to the st? ive gotten some good info so far. but as far as how i would tune it to the right settings? and is it difference from a automatic ecu and a manual ecu.thanks
btw i have a 94 st 5 speed. thanks =] |

If you are going to see any safe gains [There will not be a lot] you must tune it properly, preferably on the dyno. Most people don't think the gains are worth the $$$ so at least get a decent street tune.

Sorry I didn't answer your PM, I forgot.
You won't be able to tune it right until you get that wideband. Once you get the wideband installed (and after you figure out if your o2 sensor is bad or not) you can monitor how the stock ECU controls the fuel then tune it to keep a steady air/fuel ratio. Did you get it all hooked up ok? Did you figure out all the things you needed to set up? -------------------- |

Did you figure out all the things you needed to set up? not yet. ... im taking motor out and changin rings and valves...im looking for arp head studs cant find them.. i found them for a 4age? will they work.. i look up head studs for a 7afe ..but there shiittty ebay ones.. but they say they work ewith a 4age thats why im curious if the 4age arps will work for the 7afe? thanks for the diagramm bud.. |
