Welcome! I can agree our cars are "peppy" but far from fast.

QUOTE (14:19:21) Daniel: That was a JDM hole in the side of the box too. There was so much JDM trapped inside that box that they couldn't contain it, so they had to put a JDM hole in the box to let the JDM out. QUOTE Ferdi says (11:29) No, it looks like a hooker put her acid vag on your hood. Acid vag = bigger problem than a few dings. |

ITBL? as for questions whats 294 grind and how can i update powerband TY for welcoming If you search for "webcams" in the engine/transmission section you should find a few threads with good info, links etc on the 294 grind. The grind basically changes the shape of the camshaft lobes to provide more and longer lift. The powerband on our cars (if you look at a dyno chart) has peak horsepower at about 3500 rpm and 4300 rpm if I remember correctly. Pretty much no power above 5,000 rpms to redline. The biggest advantage to the cams is they give a steady amount of power from 4500 rpms up to redline. There's not much else you can do to change that, the motor from the factory was designed for gas mileage. -------------------- 1999 Celica GT
