Very impressive results indeed. Manny where did your pump gas/street tune end up, and do you plan on using the map clamp settings for DD, or just on track days? Again, well done Manny. thumbsup.gif

it makes ~265whp @ 15.5psi for the street. (i gotta go edit my post on mr2oc, i posted it as 16.5psi there)
i wont run 19.5psi on the street everyday.
although...arts got me thinking...5gph nozzle....straight meth...hrmm wink.gif

VERY nice results Manny, car has to be a blast on the street. Picked up almost 30whp at same boost levels just with the addition of cams and bit more experience in tuning under your belt, cant beat that! GL WITH IT MAN!

here is the pump gas tune i had on it when i first got on the dyno:

once i cleaned up the lower RPM section, i gained ~30whp with only 1 more psi in the midrange.

thanks, man.
my next project has GOT to be getting that engine movement down to a minimum.
just look how much that damn motor shifts back and forth when i shift, its HORRIBLE.
i gotta get some mount inserts, and figure out some type of torque bar before i hit the track, all that engine movement just equals lots of wheelhop and spin.

here is basicly the 2 maps i will be driving on in the car.

street tune in blue, race tune in red.

you could probably even try a 7gph one. im using a 5gph and didnt notice any negative side effects when i went from the 3 to the 5.

Hey, this is a great write up..helped me prepare for this car I just picked up. But I just want to make sure I have the right idea for this oil feed line. I have the braided line already connected to the turbo, I have the end that's supposed to go into the head but it's not the right size to fit into the head, do I just need that fitting with -3 AN Male to 1/8 in. NPT Male? Like the part you listed from summitracing? http://www.summitracing.com/search/?keywor...03ERL&dds=1

The pic doesn't show the line very well with the 1/8 screw already in there, but it's not fitting into the head

Into this hole

I know this is an old thread, but hopefully someone can help too, I just wanted to be sure before I order the fitting. Thanks.

NO NO NO!! The fitting needs to go where your oil pressure sensor is in the head. In the second pic, see the sensor screwed in on top of where you are trying to thread your fitting? Thats where the fitting needs to go. Something from tuner toys would work. Its a fitting you can screw the factory sensor and oil feed into.

O Manny, You should get some kind of torque damper and mount it on the top of the strut and then onto the alt bracket.

For example.

94 Celica st black DD (bad weather beater)- totaled deer
95 Celica gt silver- chassis sold
88 Celica All-Trac (Burned to a crisp)
94 Celica gt white (sold)

In need of a rust free chassis!!!!

O.o ??? is that torque damper supposed to control engine movement? why is it better than getting polyurethane inserts for the mounts?

OK, so it's supposed to go up there like how Pressure's pics are.

So does that hole I was trying to thread into on the bottom, is that supposed to be left open like that? Sorry, I'm very new to this. Thanks.

EDIT:
In this pic, where is that braided line going to?
