just lookin around at some 3s swap stuff and i am curious, does the 3rd gen use an FMIC or is it stock top mount?

just to clarify a bit.
the 3rd gen uses a top mount water to air intercooler, which uses coolant to the intake air VS a 2nd gen air to air top mount that used air that is forced over it by the scoop on the alltrac hood. the water to air intercooler is much more efficent than the 2nd gen or most FMIC's you see on ebay. also, tufy, hardtarget and a few others here, as well as dozens over on mr2oc have been making 400whp+ on the 3s for years. -------------------- Former Team 5SFTE pro member ;)

will a mr2 3s mount just the same as one from a celica? ????? but no the stock mr2 ic wont fit any of the celicas. the celica ic are all top mounted...all the mr2 ic are all side mounted...but u can use a celica st205 water cooled ic on a mr2 with little mods. -------------------- |
