the shape between the c-one and j-speed are identical. Im pretty sure. Still waiting for somebody else to confirm this... Not true. The J speed sits about 1 cm lower then the C-One. We compared the j speed, C one and cusco braces (thanks to the help of OC members) and found that the c one 3 point for the GT4 doesnt sit too well on a ST20x. Reason being is that the hood presses against the bar when you close it. You can shut the hood but it puts alot of pressure on the hood and you get scraping. And popping the hood with a loud bang eventually warping your stock NA hood. Same goes to the Cusco 2 pont and 3 point for the GT4 GT4. Some people have used the cusco or C one GT4 on the ST20x by bending the bars a little. However this causes the two top mounts to distance apart and effects the cambers of the car. We made these comparisons and kept it in mind when we designed the RTP 3 point strut brace. This post has been edited by yellowchinaman: Sep 25, 2009 - 4:25 PM |
