are the struts rebuildable? Not sure about this. If there were any issue(s) with these coilovers, Megan Racing would handle applicable issue(s) directly under their warranty program. For instance if a strut failed, it would likely be covered. Since every situation is different, we suggest contacting Jose at Megan Racing at 626-581-0988 to discuss your concern and see if it would be covered under warranty. --------------------

Are we sending payments right away or just seeing if we can get the discount first? No payments required until we get at least 3 commitments. Once we get 3 commitments, we will post a discount code to be used through our website checkout to receive this discount. The code can then be used by all members. We just need those initial 3 commitments to get it going. --------------------

These are complete coilover damper assemblies. Simply jack the car up, remove the factory strut/spring, and install these. They are 100% ready to go. They come with the height set to a moderate setting and the stiffness set to the stiffest setting. Give the knob on top of each strut a single 'click' (partial turn) for each level you'd like to adjust the stiffness. The knob has the Megan Racing logo and arrows pointing which direction to turn in order to go stiffer or softer. Adjusting height is also easy and can be done with the included hook/spanner wrenches that are included - even while the coilovers are on the car. Instructions with diagrams are included that describe all of these processes as well.
In short, you do not need a spring compressor. A couple of ratcheting wrenches and extensions, a socket set, and a breaker bar should get the job done. The breaker bar may be needed for stubborn factory bolts depending on how old and rusted your nuts/bolts are These coilovers do include new top mount nuts, so even if your factory ones are rusted, no worries, you will replace them anyway! This job is much much easier than replacing springs only or struts only, or even a spring/strut combo. Don't let the install intimidate you! Even if you don't want to install these yourself, your installer will be impressed with the quality and ease of installation for sure. For the money, this is hands down the most beneficial suspension upgrade available to the car and is a relatively easy installation. The results can instantly be "felt" as can any stiffness adjustments that are made once installed. If you need further diagrams or install-guide help beyond what is included or just need some torque specs, check out http://www.UpscaleAutomotive.com at the bottom of the page. There is a link to a great site for service manuals and install information. With this coilover set, you will have new springs, upper mounts, and strut assemblies - assembled, adjustable, and bolt-on at that! Check out the pictures in this thread for photos of the entire assemblies installed. This post has been edited by upscaleauto: Nov 15, 2009 - 3:36 PM --------------------

Ride height is adjustable from a couple inches higher than stock, to 3 or 4 inches lower than stock.
