Since we are doing a canyon run by popular demand and we are still working on which one would be our best option, a good central meeting place for us is going to be the Walmart in Glendora at 1950 Auto Centre Dr, Glendora, CA. Its just off the 210 and 57 freeways, so we will have good, fast access to get where we need to go. Faust, since you are coming from so far, what would be a good meet up time for you? Everyone else chime in on a good meeting time and we will go based off Faust and popular demand. was it the same walmart last time? -------------------- God made man....

Nah, the one we met at last time was in Chino, this one is in Glendora. This one is right off the two freeways and is about midway between the two options of Canyons we are looking at for the meet....... WE ARE NOT STATING ANY NAMES OF ROADS OR MOUNTAINS ON HERE, TRYING TO KEEP PRYING EYES/POSSIBLE TRAFFIC TO A MINIMUM.

Well, all everyone here needs to know for now is just that we are meeting at that walmart and then we are going from there. thanks, i thought it was becoming a lost cause to get people to quit posting up location info. what we'll do is post up a meet up location and then we'll go to where ever we driving after that. if anyone really needs to know, we can pm info ahead of time, but remember to keep from posting it up so everyone can see. i have heard of authorities lurking on forums to find out info about stuff like this. i can do without getting some bs ticket, as i imagine everyone on here doesn't was some stupid ticket. =n a lighter note, i got a phone number to call today about parking at a couple spots. got caught up in touch up painting the walls in my place so i ran out of time to call today. will be calling tomorrow morning and i can pass on the info when i get off the phone. |

ok, got off the phone with a guy and pretty much anywhere we go is going to require an adventure pass. good news is that they have daily passes that go for $5. you can either buy them in advance or get them at the forest service ranger stations (there is one on the way to each of the spots i had in mind, so no out of the way driving just to get a pass...yay!).
