I have them on my car.... but no part number on it... one is damaged

the whifbitz skirts will require some work to make them fit but not much as i have them on mine. also got the flare and the conlight sensor!

I've never seen those splitters...they look like a hybrid of SS-III and TRD.

 those them? sometimes known as the SS-II kit As for the pedals I have them, but looks like mine came out the factory with them, as far as I know & sorry dont know the number.

Afaik theres only one style of TRD kit, the curren/coupe/convertible and the celica splitters will be different as the shape where the fender meets the bumper is different and also the front splitters for the gt4 are slightly different again as the regular ones cover a part of the side vent hole in the bumper.
