why did you decided to change the front bumper? why didnt you finished your own frown.gif, originality its better than aftermarket, btw after the foam you just shave exess, fiberglass over it and than sand and paint?

arghhhhh that sux man!, how about you modify the new bumper instead to fit those lights inthem? eg cut the area of the old turn signals , and the new ones too but with a smaller hole than the one you make on the old bumper that way you could sord of fix it behind, fiberglass behind, and bodyfiller on the front, re paint the bumper and you dont have to spend any money since im assuming you have those materials, that you were going to use on the bumper you were making..., did I solved your problem?now get to work and fix that before having to pay a fine for those signals lol, that way at least you finish making what you started wink.gif and let us apreciate your master piece woot.gif

The front looks really good. I don't like the rear bumper styling though.

That foam isn't Great Stuff, is it? It doesn't look as porous as GreatStuff. Also, I would recommend working with that material if you don't have to..

The foam is something carpenter use here in Norway. So a shop that sell all kind of stuff to them should have it : )
Thanks m8 ^^
