Guys Toyota never released a STX trim line. There is no such thing. lol
I have the 5th gen brochure for North America & Japan. There is no STX with extra dealer features hehe.

That's why I said "Its an ST, with dealer installed options."... Why would it be in the manufacturer brochure if it's a dealership by dealership, vehicle by vehicle type thing? You're right! It wouldn't be! That's why its an ST... with dealer installed options.

Exactly. I had a 5th gen STX and the only thing that was different from a regular ST is a wing and alloy wheels. Just about all of them are going to have minor differences since it's customized to what the dealer wanted. That's why everyone was listing all kinds of mods earlier in the thread that not every STX had.

The STX and the GTX are dealer optioned STs and GTs.

That is it.

The options varied from dealer to dealer.

The options include, but were not limited to: Sunroof, premium allow wheels, air conditioning, power windows, cruise control and exterior options such as a spoiler and graphics.

That means than an STX or a GTX are not factory, but they are included 'Dealer Trim Options' same as how modern cars have 'Convenience Package Group A' or similar.

Other than being more optioned, they are no different than a normal ST or GT. They do exist. They are not a separate Trim Level.

And I have never heard of a pre facelift 5th Gen STX having 5 lugs from the dealer.
