I'm not sure if this is inappropriate for this thread but I just got my car back from a mechanic and the idiot lost my rear mount bolt, anyone know a retailer that has a replacement or would I be stuck searching junk yards?

I don't understand why people cant comprehend the simple fact that their local toyota dealer can get them every nut, bolt and replacement part for the car.
And yes, this is the wrong thread for this.

I fully comprehend that, they also charge 3-4 times as much as an aftermarket dealer (like ARP if they carried them).

wow... dark! you been away for years but not that long! tongue.gif

nuts and bolts don't cost very much from the toyota dealer. they most likely use the same part number bolt on a bunch of their cars, thus keeping the cost low. sure, $1-3 is a bit much for a single bolt, but is it really worth the hassle trying to find one $.50 cheaper?

Damn, this is exactly what I need for my car! The shifting is weird at 1st and 2nd gear, and the whole car is "wobbling" at those gears. It is also very hard to get a "smooth" shift.

Will these do the job?

you could have a bad motor mount, if so, I'd get a new motor mount(s) in combination with these, don't use them as a band-aid. you'll have to get under the car and look to see if any are bad to know for sure though.

I don't know if this will actually solve my problem... i hear a thugging sound everytime I accelerate and decelerate and it only happens when I have driven for at least an hour straight. I don't hear it in the morning when I go to work and I don't hear it in the afternoon when I leave work. It only happens after an hour of driving or so. Can somebody please verify it the poly mounts would help me?

I have a stupid question. Simple stuff usually goes over my head. tongue.gif I'm swapping in a 3rd gen 3S-GTE with an MR2 non-LSD E153 and I'm going to buy ST205 mounts and brackets. I have to get the Celica GT inserts, correct?
