water pump

get a 2nd gen water pump without the cover, and swap the water pump cover from your old one. the inner part is exactly the same, but the cover is different, when you order the pump without the cover it'll come with the needed gaskets

timing belt

ideally you want a 3rd gen timing belt, but second gen works, it's just 1 tooth shorter when compare to a 3rd gen, a lot of guys have been running on 2nd gen belts and it works perfectly fine.

sparkplug wires, same as 2nd gen

headers ( exhaust manifold )

use the OEM, but if you have to go aftermarket, the ones made for the second gen will work as far as I know, but I'm not 100% sure of this. so double check before spending the money.

I'm guessing he said

If spark plug wires, distributor ad spark plugs are the same then I'm taking that rotor would be the same as well ?

and yes, rotor is the same

they may have, I haven't had both side by side to compare, thus why I ask him to double check lol.

thanks for clarifying

2nd gen 3SGTE exhaust manifold will not bolt on a 3rd gen 3SGTE head and vice versa. They share different bolt pattern and exhaust port spacing.

For the spark plug wire, Toyota has different part number for the spark plug wire set between 3SGTE generations. Even 90-91 and 92-93 spark plug wires are different. Search more about these, do not buy them too fast.
