We will most likely just get something to eat at a restaurant or buffet. It saves us a lot of set up and clean up time if we don't have to cook anything ourselves. There will probably be snacks and such as the meet to keep us energized during the events.

I will also be going in my 6gc if i do buy one in time. Might be rolling through with ZeroCool if i do not make a purchase. Went to the last 6gc meet in nor-cal and loved it. It was very well organized. ZeroCool's 6gc finally grew on me and now i want one.LOL

Anyone know someone who can make a banner for us? With a list growing to +20 members, I feel like an official banner is in order. A meet this size without a banner would be like Clinton offering Tiger some counseling advice... just plain wrong.

That would have been who to ask to make it, but not anymore. Also not sure if he would be the one to design it. But it's okay, we have capable artists and designers up north. As for where to make it, seems like there are plenty of places online that can produce it.
